Highland on the Rideau Vendor Application

If you are a food or merchandise vendor that would be interested in particpiating in our event, then you should submit a vendor application. Applications may be submitted by mail or electronically (below).

Space at the event is available at the rate of $25 per unit. A unit is 100 square feet of overall ground space. Please provide complete the form below.

Our vendors get a link on our sponsors page. Please provide the URL for your business.

There are no restrictions on set up time for your booth. However, set up is encouraged between 7 am and 9 am on the morning of the event. If you would like to set up the evening before, please make arrangements with the organizers. If you are setting up after 9 am, then we ask that you respect the soloists who will be competing by setting up in a quiet and unobtrusive manner. The Highland on the Rideau Committee decides the locations for all vendors.

This is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds in case of bad weather.
