Highland on the Rideau Vendor Application
If you are a food or merchandise vendor that would be interested in participating in our event, then you should submit a vendor application.
Space at the event is available at the rate of $25 per unit. A unit is 100 square feet of overall ground space. Please provide complete the form below.
Our vendors get a link on our sponsors page. Please provide the URL for your business. We will also include your business in our Highland on the Rideau Program. On the website, the image will be resized to a maximum of 200 by 200 pixels. Please send a link with a graphic image or logo for your business. Alternatively, you can e-mail the logo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are no restrictions on set up time for your booth. However, set up is encouraged between 7 am and 9 am on the morning of the event. If you would like to set up the evening before, please make arrangements with the organizers. If you are setting up after 9 am, then we ask that you respect the soloists who will be competing by setting up in a quiet and unobtrusive manner. The Highland on the Rideau Committee decides the locations for all vendors.
This is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds in case of bad weather.
